Brief
A series of projects at BORN Group with the marketing team, contributing to an in-progress company rebrand and social media marketing across platforms. Focused on building new internal brand templates and bringing campaigns to life for the team's ongoing work.



1.0 Branding: alL HANDS DECK
Translated the VP of Brand's Figma designs into a scalable system for BORN Group's leadership communications, built for PowerPoint and Keynote and preserving the hierarchy, layout, and typography central to the rebrand.




1.1 Branding: HR TEMPLATES
Translated the VP of Brand's Figma designs into a system built for PowerPoint and Keynote, tailored to BORN Group's internal HR documentation. Preserved the original typography, layout, and component behavior throughout the translation, and documented usage guidelines to support the templates across the team.




1.2 Branding: E-MAIL TEMPLATES
Following the same process as the all-hands and HR templates, translated designs into a suite of branded templates for recurring internal campaigns like Motivation Monday, Health Is Wealth, and Fun Fact Friday, part of an effort to elevate company culture through consistent, on-brand communication. Built templates that held up across formats without breaking, along with a how-to-use guide to keep them easy to maintain over time.




2.0 SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Brought social campaigns to life across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter. Experimented with subtle motion on select posts, an approach that fit the brand's guidelines toward subtlety and abstraction and landed well with the marketing team.
