Leveraged AI to enhance Timberland eCommerce experience. Collaborated with UI and UX designers, exploring how artificial intelligence could create a personalized, seamless shopping journey with thoughtful interface design and interaction concepts.

1.0 Multi intent search hub

I collaborated with the design team on the multi-intent search bar, contributing ideas for the interface that allow returning users to chat with the AI assistant TimAI. I helped shape visual and interaction solutions to make the feature intuitive, clear, and user-focused.

2.0 PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
& COMPARISON

I worked with the design team to bring personalized TimAI interactions to life, including “TimAI Edit” outfit suggestions, “This Feels Like You” picks on PLP pages, and smart comparison within the chat, shaping how these features are visualized and experienced on the pages.

3.0 SOLD OUT PRODUCT

I helped design sold-out product pages and ideate how “View Buying Options” and “Notify Me When Back” features would appear on product pages, making the interactions easy to understand and seamlessly integrated with the overall visual design.
